First, you need to find an applicable discussion group for your question.
This is Vista group.

As you appear to be using a web interface, start here:

http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx

Click the + beside your language. then scroll down to Office and Desktop
Applications. In Office and Desktop Applications, scroll down to Outlook,
then find a group for your question.
 
The same way you'd get them to show up in any other email client, create an
account and fill in the service details with setup information you get from
your ISP.

I have a live.com address and want it to go through windows mail. My ISP is
att so they give me their server info in enter for a att address and I need
live.com incoming and outgoing server info to complete the vista windows mail
set up. Thank you.
