Email in Outlook with broadband

Just got broadband. When I click outlook icon the dial up dialogue box
appears. my ISP unable to advise on outlook set up.
 
You have to amend yr OL accounts, Connection setting ie connect using LAN
Also check connections in Internet Options, ie never dial
