Email icon on desktop

We have recently changed from bigpond dial up to bigpond cable service. We now receive our Email as a " WEB-MAIL" and are unable to enter the web-mail by clicking on to the Email-Icon on desks top. To enter,we must enter Explorer Browser,Bigpond.net.au,Webmail,our Email address and User Nr.,is there a shortcut awailable via desktop ?

Klaus,

To get a pre made icon, you would need to contact Bigpond. To make
your own takes mere seconds. From the web page of interest, grab the
icon in the left end of the address box (just left of the address
itself), and drag it onto the desktop. Voila.

You may need to read the web page, and see how to persuade it to
remember your userid and password; for security reasons, your ISP may
prefer that you reenter your userid and password each time. Mine does
that.
