I have a couple of HTML links in my signature. Now none of my email will be
sent unless I remove the links. My outgoing email is identified as SPAM.

How can I change this?

It would help if you revealed exactly what entity is defining your email
as spam. If it is being done by a third party security program you
installed on your computer, the answer is simple: turn that feature off.

If you get an error message, please post it here.

The error message is as follows:
An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'test', Account: 'charter', Server:
'smtp.charter.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 Message identified
as SPAM - Please visit http://www.charter.com/postmaster', Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC69

So your ISP (Charter) is the one making the 'spam' judgment call.
Did you go to that URL http://www.charter.com/postmaster ?
It has a method for reporting a message "mistakenly flagged as spam."
Obviously we have no control over what your ISP does. Either fight it out
with your ISP's customer service, or change to a different ISP or
different mail service.
