Email fonts

Can someone help, my boss is going blind!

The font size in the emails, my boss gets, are so small,
they can barely be read. We have changed the font size in
Outlook and in Word. He may get a couple messages to come
in okay, but not many. I have also changed the screen
resolution, but that hasn't helped either.

Any suggestions!!!

Tools->options->mail format tab->at the bottom "Always use my fonts."

Then at the top, change the default font settings for send/receive, etc.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

I had previously tried, and there was still not change,
