email flags do not remind

"Outlook only fires reminders from Inbox, Calendar, Contacts and Tasks. In
all other folders the reminder items just turn red."

Is it possible to make the reminders appear even if the email is put into a
sub-folder which is under Inbox?
 
Not for non-default folders. There are add-ins that can do it though.
