Email content is blank (OL03)

Sometimes I'll get an email that is blank. These are not
digitally signed or encypted. It seems to only happen on
eamils that are in HTML format. I can view it in the
reading pane and can also see the content when I click
Reply or Forward. I can go to another computer and the
content of the email is all there. I have searched
Microsoft's knowlegdebase to no avail.

Run the following command:

regsvr32 inetcomm.dll
