My system always (at any time) opens my email server making the inbox
appear in the foreground . Even when I disabled my primary server it
started to send IE to my Hotmeil login page continuously.I scanned for
a virus but none was found. Somewhere a file is sending the message to
do so, but where ? What can be done please.
What antivirus did you use? Is the subscription active and the virus
definitions current? Did you scan in Safe Mode?
Assuming that your installed av is not a version earlier than 2004 and
that everything is updated, scan with either Sysclean (see first link
below) or Dave Lipman's Multi-AV (second link below). After the initial
scan with either of those first-line av tools, update your av (if it is
a good one) and do a thorough scan in Safe Mode. If the av you have
installed has a lapsed subscription or is otherwise out of date, get
and install a new full-featured av, update it, and scan in Safe Mode.
Then continue your cleaning by scanning for non-viral malware (first
link below).

You might also consider installing a third-party firewall like the free
ZoneAlarm at least temporarily to block whatever is trying to get out.
If you don't have XP Service Pack 2 and subsequent Windows security
patches, make sure you do this after your computer is clean.
