Is there anyway to make the contact categories color coded so when a message
arrives from someone in your "business" category it is a certain color. I am
trying to get around the stupid 32mb limit on making rules for your email
messages. In MS Entourage it allows you to assign the color directly to the
category instead of the contact. I am looking for a similiar feature.

Ok, I have Outlook 2003 and I see how this works. I want emails from
contacts marked "business" to appear a certain color in my inbox. The
category is selected for each contact, but when the email arrives, I have to
manual designate a category for each message. Shouldn't there be an
automatic link between the contact and the email from the contact? Is there
a way to turn this feature on?

Thanks!

Yes, this is possible. Broken in Outlook 2002 though :-S

I am also trying to do the same. Is there a way of color coding incoming by
categories that are obtained from my contacts?
