email blocking

i would like so now how i can block a email from bean
sent to me like a spam filter wich i can add peaple to
sau i wanna ban (e-mail address removed) i could add it to a
link and i wuld not get any new emails from then u no
what i mean thanks for the help :)

Most E-mail programs have the ability to filter or kill-file
particular E-mail addresses. How to do so depends on what E-mail
client you use. Tell us, and someone can very likely help you.
