email attatchments wont send

Hi I have two problems one is when I send a normal email (text) it sends
without a worry but if I have an attatchment with it it is
undeliverable...... the other the auto name function , I dont want to turn it
off just get rid of (as in permanently delete)the addresses that come up that
I dont want there anymore. Thanks

Do you have any virus scanning software scanning outgoing mail? If so, try
turning it off temporarily and see if anything changes.

If you see an name in a drop down that you want to get rid of, highlight it
and hit Delete.

Have turned off scanning for outgoing email and still wont send.........just says service undeliverable relaying denied proper authentication required and yes I have ticked the authentication box........also with the drop down box i know I can delete temporarily I want to get rid of it permaently as there are 2 similar addresses and one if sent is wrong address .ty for your response vince
