Email attachments

Hi

If I send an email to someone, that's fine. But if I
send an email with attachment, it would not reach the
recipient even though I'd get the receipt saying that "it
was delivered successfully to the recipient". But in
fact it wasn't delivered to the recipient.

Can anyone help please ?

Are you sending using Rich Text Format to a non-Outlook
user? Try changing your mail format to either plain text
(preferred) or HTML.

That's right. When I sent this morning an attachment to
Outlook Express user, he did not receive it.

Could you please advise me as to where I can change to
either plain text or HTML?

I have changed the setting to both Plain Text and HTML
format but unfortunately it didn't work.

This is frustrating ! Any other ideas please ?
