email attachments

Friend has problems opening attachments and also attachments sent come back with Notification Failure, she has Hotmail account and Outlook Express
 
Hi,

Could be the attachments are too big for the hotmail account. She could also
have attachments blocked (tools/options/security tab, "do not allow
attachments.....").
