Email attachment icon not printing

I am having trouble printing emails showing attachments.
When I send an email to print that has an attachment,
only the email is printer and not the attachment icon. Is
there a fix for this? The email is in HTML format and the
attachment shows in the print preview.

Does anyone have any ideas or has anyone come across this
before?

When you change to Plain Text or Rich Format the icon will be displayed in
the print.

If you really need to print the icon in HTML you can buy this add-on
