Email and Network ??

I have 2 computers on a network (laptop and PC)......If I happen to turn on
the laptop first and read my email, and then delete them, they were gone
from both computers......
Now for some strange reason the other computer still has all the
messages....If I didn't turn on the PC for several days, but when I did, I
would find the messages that I had deleted from the laptop .... I keep
getting an "Over Quota" message from my ISP.
Hope I made myself clear. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks.

Go to tools>accounts>select your account>properties>advanced.

You probably have leave a copy on server selected? You also need to set a
number of days to delete from server or you will get the quota notice.
