Where do you set the alias for your email address?

My problem is that my new email address is too long and I
would like to change it so that when my clients get email
from me, it must only display my company name in the from
field, if possible.

Please assist

It is in your Account Settings.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Henk asked:

Not sure if this is the right place, but..

In Outlook 2003 I want my emails to be from "My name" rather than my email address, however there is no "Alias" setting. The IMAP email account does this, however all my POP3 emails are seen as coming from "my email adress" rather than "My name". Does this make sense
