Email Alarm

Can Mail or Outlook sound an alarm whenever mail arrives from a specific
sender? If not, is there software that can add it?

I have security cameras that will mail me if there is action and wish to be
awoken rather than wait till it is too late.

No, Windows Mail doesn't have that functionality.
Can't say about Outlook since we don't do Outlook in this particular
newsgroup. Some people have security alarm messages sent to their
cell phone, which may be a good solution for you.
 
OETune (www.oehelp.com/OETune/) will do it for OE, but it won't work in
WinMail.
