email address tooltip

One one of my Outlook 2003 systems I can hover over an email address in the
message header and Outlook will display information for that contact such as
phone number and schedule availability. But on another system this doesn't
work. I can't seem to find any settings to enable/disable this feature. Does
anyone know how to get this to work?

Perhaps the MSN Messenger integration is turned off? Tools | Options |
