email address shortcut

Is there a way to create a single key shortcut to put in my email address?
It seems I am forever typing in the whole address, it would be so nice to
have a single key (or something similar) assigned to do this.

There are many shortcut key programs available, and you can do this with
your E-mail address and lots of other commonly-used text. One such program
is Shortkeys at http://www.shortkeys.com/
