I'm having trouble connecting to my email host. I get an
error message that says:

Find outgoig mail server (SMTP): Unable to connect to the
outgoing mail server (SMTP). Please verify the sever name
in the outgoing mail server field. If that information is
corrct, close this dialog, click More Settings and verfiy
the port and SSL information on the Advance tab.

All of this I've done and it still doesn't work. Lastly,
for some reason, the SEND button is no longer available
when i compose an email. Please help! Thanks.

Make sure you are properly authenticating to your outgoing server.
 
What version of Outlook are you using? Is this message a result of pressing
the "Test Account Settings..." button or actually sending a message?
