email accounts in 2003

Hi
I've just upgraded from office 2000 to 2003
previously, I had three email accounts set up, and when sending emails,
chose one using the 'send using' button

even though I still have three accounts set up, when I click on the 'send
using' box, it is empty - what do I need to do to make it functional ?

When you start a new message in Outlook 2003, there should be an "Accounts"
button on your toolbar. Click on that button and choose which account you
want to use to send your message.
