I have tried clearing the protected storage provider and it did not work for
me. I upgraded from office 2000 to 2003 on Windows XP. Does anyone have
another solution?

Thanks,
Mike

did you delete the entire protected storage key or just the one for outlook?

:

No, I have not!

Have you already tried clearing the protected storage provider?

So I guess that means you don't have any other suggestions? This is very
frustrating.
