I cannot get additional email addresses to show up in the Email 2 column when
the contacts folder is opened. They are there in the contact's profile, and
the Email 2 column is added, but they do not show up in that column.
 
it will only use the DEFAULT email address.
to see/use a second one for that user, you need to select a different default and/or add the user several times once for each email address you want to use.
