Eliminating duplicate entries

Is there a way to eliminate duplicate entries in a column? I have a spreadsheet of email addresses. Somewhere along the line I pasted a group of email addresses twice. Is there a faster way than deleting them one at a time?

Go Data > Advanced Filter and highlight your list, select Unique Records
Only, select Copy To Another Location and enter a cell reference in an empty
column >
OK
