Elementary question on syncin outlook on 2 computers

Okay here goes

I would like to sync 2 computers so that they are always the same when I
work. I have read about net folders but it is really difficult to
understand the details of how to do this,

Is Net folders the way, if so, where is there a thorough explanation>???
