El torito CD Boot with Additional Drive

I created an el torito bootable CD. When I boot it, it is mapped to C:\.
Another drive is also available "Windows XP Embedded <El Torito>" and i do
not know what it is.

Hi tim. Could you explain what you mean by this, or could you provide some
more information about your system (hardware configuration, steps you took
to create your runtime, etc)?
