EGCOMLIB.1034.dll - can't ask microsoft!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I logon on I get a message to say EGCOBLIB1034.dll has not been loaded. I then have to exit this. This appear after I implemented a MS XP update. I have tried to contact microsoft but as with most thing Bill's buddies don't seem to want to know/care.

I would be most grateful if you could help.
 
Would have been better to leave the insult out. This place is populated by
"Bill's buddies"

Did the thought that it may have nothing to do with Microsoft, Bill or Bills
buddies ever occur to you? Wake up.

try right click/properties/click "version" ta

click on "company" or "product name" if you do not see Microsoft, then it isn't
a concern for Bill's buddies
