I had encrypted a folder and all the contents in the
folder on another physical drive. My primary drive went
dead and had to install a new drive and reinstalled
Windows XP Pro. I didn't export any certificates or
recovery agents. I just want to know if there is anyway
of decrypting that folder/files without any certification
keys or recovery agents.
