hi, how can i identify which are the folders being encrypted on my
windows 2000 system? thanks

In explorer, make sure that the attribute coloumn is activated. Every folder
that is encrypted have the letter E in the attribute field.

No, in windows 2000 only compressed folders can be represented by another
color.

As far I know, no. However it might exist a program somewhere out there,
acting like windows explorer, but have built-in features that you are loking
for. But you probably have to pay for use it.
