Editing toolbars and adding to your drop down menu

Hi,
I have now got an email template up and running and ready to go, however,
the next thing I need to do is add this template from my forms to my forms
toolbar, so far my steps have been, Choose Form, Look In, User Templates,
(selected the form in this case AD form) AD Form and now I need to know how
to get this template over and onto my new toolbar - Forms - I want to put
this in a drop down menu to pull up this message template when I need it, is
there any way of doing this, as the only instructions I have at this stage
are from going into Tools, Customize, Toolbars, New, Commands, Catergories,
etc - is there even a way to add this new form to the Catergories menu? Can
anyone help me? I really don't know how to get this one sorted.
