Does Irfan view put border on photo.
If it does please let me know how to do it.
If not is there any other program which does it.

please again do a favour: use common ">"-quoting markers instead of "|".
A mixture is confusing especially longer threads and make them more and
more uncomfortable reading them. Or should the mainstream alter from ">"
to "|"?
