I am working on editing hyperlinks. In WORD when you are editing a hyperlink at the bottom of the editing screen there is a drop-down menu that contains what appear to be some of the recent URLs accessed by the browser. I need to know how I can add a URL to this list OR edit one that is already there.

When you type an URL into the Edit Hyperlinks dialog, it is added to the
list.

So when I select Edit Hyperlink and the dialog box opens I can go to the bottom and type any url and it will be added?

If I see a url already in the address drop down area, can I edit it from there?

I have tried clicking on it and typing behind the text but it appears I need to clear the url from the address bar and re-type it in order to add it..

I have a large Word document with a lot of hyperlinks that need editing.

If you deselect the displayed URL, you should be able to modify it.
