Did a search.

I like to delete large attachments but keep the text in e-mails to save
space and archive.
After double clicking and selecting all there is no way to "cut" what I want
and save the rest.

Thanks.

AFAIK, there's no way to delete an attachment from a received email message
in WM or in WLM.

You can save the message to a text file, which loses the attachment.
Or forward the message to yourself, after deleting the attachments.

Save the message to the Desktop.
File>Save as>Desktop>Save.
Open it with Notepad. Highlight and delete the attachment and drag the
message back
to a folder in WM.

The following does this and more: Not Free. But Good!
