Editing/Creating tips

When selecting a particular cell on a worksheet a message
box appears, guiding the user to enter specific data. I
want to know how to edit this message box and also how to
remove it from other worksheets.
 
Hope I read you tight - this sounds like a comment.
Right click the cell and on popup menu select Edit Comment or Delete
Comment.
