editing 2000 org charts in 2003 when upgrading to Windows XP

I recently got a new laptop (upgraded from Windows 98 to
windows XP). I imported my PowerPoint org charts (created
in Office 2000) and I am unable to edit them in Office
Small Business edition 2003.

The dialog box says;

Microsoft Organizational Chart server applications can't
be found. Contact your system administrator to install
server application.

???
