edited word doc attached to an outlook email, saved it, cant find

I edited a word document attached to an outlook email, saved it (did not do
save as) and now can't find it. I'm using office 2007 and windows 7. thx

It's not there. You must first save the attachment to your desktop, *then*
open it in Word and edit. Then save.
