Hi-I would like to have some editing when I compose e-mails, such as
automatice spelling corrections, completing of words and Months of the year,
ect. I had this on my old computer, but I can't find it here...can someone
help?
thanks~!

Then you should install the same program you had on your old
computer. What was it, Microsoft Outlook? Outlook version 2003
and later will work fine with Vista.

If your old email program won't work under Vista, and you decide to use
Windows Mail instead, note that Windows Mail comes with the spelling
check language partly set to English, but not enough to work. To correct
this, click on Tools, then Options, then Spelling. If you want to check
spelling in all messages you send, and there is no check mark in the box
before Always check spelling before sending, click on this box, then Apply.
Click on the triangle to the right of English, then some other language,
then
Apply, then the triangle again, then English, then Apply again, then OK.

If you'd rather check spelling in only part of the messages you send,
start the message the usual way, but when you are normally ready to
click Send, click on the ABC checkmark instead.
