Edit vcard before sending

I would like to send vcards by email with the notes section deleted. Is there
an easy way to delete all notes on the generated vcard, but preserve them in
Outlook? I understand that Office 2003 has a bug that prevents notes from
being saved to Outlook from a vcard, but they do show up on the transmitted
vcard itself.

Save the vCard to the file system and edit it with Notepad to remove any
private information. Then attach the edited vCard to your emails from the
file system.

I attach the vcard to the email first, then open it and make changes. My
original stays intact.

That works but you'd have to edit it each time you send it. If you save an
edited copy somewhere you can re-use it as often as you want.
