Edit Picture in word 2003

This was an option to select in word 2000 when you paste a
screen shot in word and right click on that picture. It is
an option in word 2003 but its greyed out. Why?

When you selected the option, what happened? What kind of
application window were you taken to for editing the graphic?

Thats the thing.... the option is greyed out, I cannot
select it.

I used the word "were"; what USED to happen in Word 2000?

Quite a number of things have changed; I need to know what
you expect to happen in order to have an idea what to
answer...
