Edit explorers right click.

Hi all

Does anyone know if its possible to edit exploeres right click context
menu?
The one with 'arrange icons by refresh undo move etc.
I would like to be able to add shut-down to this menu if possible.

That guide seems to be for editing particular file types.

This does what I want but how do I get this to appear in the right
click menu?
