I accidently added a word to the dictionary that was spelled incorrectly.
How do I edit the dictionary to delete this word?

Gary VanderMolen said:Good question! The only thing I can come up with is that
UserDictionary.lex has the new file attribute 'N'. There is some
discussion about this new, undocumented attribute here:
http://forum.sysinternals.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=10531
and some think it means 'Not to be indexed for searches'.

Clive said:Sorry kids. very new to this. gary ... I tried to copy and paste that
address
to get to the dictionary, for I too added an incorrectly spelt word, and
the
computer said there was no such address. Any other clues. I just want to
tidy-up the dictionary. I thought that it could be accessed from the
toolbar,
somewhere.
Can you or anyone help please?
