"Edit as new" function ?

I'm looking for how you do in Outlook the equivalent of the Lotus Notes mail
"Edit as new" function.

That is, you select a message that you sent already but that you now want to
send again, either to the same person or to someone else; you want to send it
as an original rather than as a forward; and perhaps you want to make some
modifications in the content before you send it. And you want it saved as a
separate message from the original one.

I tried Copy/Paste to create a new instance of the message original, and I
was able to edit the Subject line of the copy but not the body.
 
Open the message and choose Actions-> Resend this message
