Easy template for media contacts?

Trying to help a non-profit group get a PR or media plan together. Does
anyone have suggestions for templates or other utilities that would be
appropriate for putting a plan together, tracking media, etc? Any and all
help would be great!

There are many Excel templates on the Microsoft site. You can do a search for
keywords, download those that look relevant to your needs, and modify them as
