Easy question even for intermediate users

OK, Never done this before. I need to whipe my PC, make
it brand new like. Too many virus' too slow to many
corrupt files e.t.c it needs to be whiped. I am using
Windows XP(Home Edition) - Packard bell. I only have a
Recovery disk(red floppy) if thats any use. I have heard
of Master Discs, if I'm meant to have them then I probaly
lost them. If I do need them how much would they cost or
do they not sell? Anyway any help would be greatly
appreciated preferably A.S.A.P

I assume that your Recovery cd will restore your computer to factory
condition - they usually do. Just boot with it in your cd-rom drive and
follow instructions. If that doesn't do it, then call Packard Bell.
