easy cd creator 4.0

help! I upgraded from me to xp, now I can not burn cd's. I tried to reinstall
this program, but it will not let me. I read somewhere to contact roxie inc.
for the upgrade for xp. I have no clue how to contact roxie inc, if needed.
Also, I cannot upgrade to any window updates (activex controls). I did
print out a sheet entitled, software update complete and followed those
steps. It says the article was published under Q319585. I tried several times
to correct these issues, I need help!! I do not have my windows xp
installation CD, it got destroyed. Will I have to buy another install CD for
windows xp. If so, where to check for best buy? My email addresses are

easy cd creator 4.0 will not work on Windows XP. You will need to upgrade to
5.3 or above.

Easy CD Creator 4.0 is not compatible with Windows XP. I found out the
hard way, mine would not work (had the same version). The Roxio website
said you need version 5.3 or above for it to be XP compatible, so I went
out and bought 6.0, no problems with it.
