when computer starts it's slow because of a startup mess.

Easy access software demon has encountered a problem and
needs to close. send report don't send

I've done both nothing happens either way.

how can this be fixed. thanks, jim

Easy Access? What is that? What happens if disable it from Startup using
MSCONFIG?

If Easy Access is a program added by the OEM for your multimedia keyboard,
check with them for advice on fixing this error and/or for a program
update.
