Do they still have the Asian fonts just on a CD? Mine did but I bought
my computer 3 years ago. Those fonts are about 233M which was a lot
before, but now, isn't that a small amount of space?

Some newer computers do not come with an OS CD. Isn't that a problem
for certain features? Or if you can't boot?

richard,

i believe the support for asian fonts are still available on the windows xp
discs.

some new computers which are bundled with win xp, which at the same time do
not come with physical CDs of the installer, has an ISO in the hard drive
which the user may need to burn to a CD.

and when this is anyone's case, my suggestion is, burn your windows CD as
soon as possible, because if you wait a little bit longer, you might need to
burn your CD when windows is failing and you just can't burn it anymore.

hope this helps a bit.

regards!

Use the fonts from that CD.
There are sites that offer free fonts- look to see if there is anything
suitable.

You are the buyer. You must take responsibility for what you buy.

Don't but one if it doesn't come with a CD then.
Or request one from the supplier when you order as a condition of the order.
Better yet order from a supplier who provides the CD.
