Easiest way to send a group list to my boss, to save as a group?

I have sent my boss a group contact list in Outlook, which he can open
individually. He wants to save the entire group in his own Outlook. What is
the best way to send the group list and what is the easiest way to save it on
his computer?
 
You must define what you mean by "Contact group." Outlook uses no such term,
and we have no idea what you mean.
