I have a program to send emails for my business and it asks for my smtp mail
server and I do not know what this is.

Go to your ISP's website and look for mail server settings. You want the
POP3 setting for incoming mail and the SMTP setting for outgoing mail.
If you cannot find it on the ISP's website (unlikely as this is
important information used by just about everyone), call their tech
support.
