each day backup the same folder automatically to dvd

I have a folder that keep all my work.

At present, I back up such folder each day by using nero. start the program
, click open and click burn dvd.

I am looking for a fully automatic process so that the DVD will be prepared
at 6:00am without me touch any key.

Any info, script, software that can prepare such full auto DVD burn process?
